Shipping Policies

Shipping is now available across Canada!


We ship using either Lettermail (small items, no tracking) or Expedited Parcel (larger items, comes with tracking.) Not every product that we carry in our shop is available online because it is not easy to pack and ship.United Strangers is not responsible for damaged or missing items. Please follow up with Canada Post. If you receive a damaged product or package with missing items please let us know as well as contact Canada Post directly.We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are International and would like to discuss shipping options please contact us directly.

Local Pickup


You can order online, select Local Pickup, and then pick it up in store! Online purchases can be collected from our shop, located at 2740 Mount Seymour Parkway, as soon as you receive notification that it's ready to go! We process online orders during our operating hours of 8am-4pm. Any orders made outside of this time will be processed the following day and notifications will be sent when it is available for pick up.

Local Delivery


Looking to purchase a gift for someone in the neighbourhood? Don’t have time to swing by the shop? You can choose local delivery if you are within the following postal codes: V7H, V7G and we will deliver as soon as we can. Our owners Christine and Joe will be making these deliveries so for most orders you can assume next-day delivery, but in some cases they can be delivered that day. Please make any notes during check out if there are any things to note for your delivery persons. We would prefer that you are home at the time of delivery if you live in an apartment/condo. If you live in a house and are not home at the time of delivery, your order will be left in a safe spot near your door. This option is a flat fee of $12
